伝染性膿痂疹とヘルパンギーナが流行っています。
今年も暑い夏を迎えております。皆さん、いかがおすごしでしょうか？
幼児や小児において、今、伝染性膿痂疹とヘルパンギーナが流行しています。
伝染性膿痂疹（いわゆる「とびひ」です）は、虫刺されや汗によるかゆみやあせもやらをきっかけにして、
ドライスキン傾向のある方に、かゆいところを掻くという行為が加わって、起こる皮膚疾患です。
とにかく、この時期は、よくお風呂にはいることと、石鹸を使って、泡立てて、こすらずに、体をあらうことが、
基本となります。あとは、かゆい場所や部位を掻かないこと、あるいは、そのかゆい場所をよく冷やすこと
が大切です。
一旦、皮膚疾患がおこってしまうと、やっかいです。放置しないで、迅速に医師に見せてください。
皮膚の消毒をして、とにかくも痂疲（かさぶた）をきれいに作る治療を行ないます。
ヘルパンギーナは、咽頭にできる赤いブツブツやら咽頭の潰瘍です。原因は、ウイルスです。
罹患して、３～７日が山場です。予防するには、充分な手洗い、歯磨き習慣と咳嗽（うがい）の励行です。
夜間帯のエアコンの温度設定で、部屋を冷やしすぎないことが大切です。
